Dawn Fresh Catering

Mark and Dawn Ebels started their own catering service, Dawn Fresh Catering, in 1989. As the business grew, Mark and Dawn were able to build a new 2400 square foot commercial kitchen. Dawn and her staff provide food to a variety of occasions such as weddings, company events, graduation open houses, class reunions, business meetings, and community events.

Dawn Fresh Catering is committed to serving fresh, homemade foods with an emphasis on using the great meats available to our customers through Ebels General Store. From meat entrées to potato salad, everything is homemade. Dawn’s special recipes, many of them from her mother, Ida Mae DeRuiter, are very well known for their heartiness and taste. Many of Mark’s specialty smoked meats are used by Dawn as well. Little Town Jerky products such as Smoked Turkey and Homemade Hams are among customer favorites. All of the fresh meats used are hand selected by the experts from the Ebels General Store meat department. Dawn Fresh Catering has built a reputation that speaks for itself.
