USDA Inspected
Our Falmouth facility is a federally inspected USDA processing plant. Daily inspections ensure humane handling of livestock. Built in 2003-2004, our facility features a state-of-the-art cooling system to maintain consistent temperatures.

Freshness Guaranteed
We use vacuum pack technology to preserve freshness, extending the shelf life of our products, for up to two years. In Falmouth, we process beef, pork, lamb, sheep, bear, bison, moose, elk and deer. Our Reed City location offers 'not for sale' custom processing on beef, pork lamb and sheep. Call Reed City for more details 231-791-7777.
Deer Processing
For the 2024 season, standard deer processing is priced at $139. With over 40 years of experience, we guarantee you receive your own fresh cuts back. Note that smoked meats take additional time. Prompt pick-up is appreciated once your order is complete. Our advanced packaging ensures a fresher product and reduces waste. Additional fees for a cape mount on your deer.
Bear Processing
Bear processing is based on weight:
Additional skinning/cape fee: $75. Bagged and frozen.
For smoked bear meat, refer to our deer pricing. Ensure your bear is full of ice if dropped off after hours or on weekends.
Smoked Meats
We offer value added products at our USDA Inspected Little Town Jerky Company. We can make your meat into smoked products like ham and bacon, brats, hot dogs, jerky, summer sausage, snack sticks, and more. Smoked meats are $1.39/lb. extra, and available at Little Town Jerky in Falmouth.
